In the morning, panoramic tour of the city; we will contemplate its medieval origins such as the Arab fortress by touring the Morería Quarter, characterized by the antiquity of its buildings and the flavors of its taverns; we will stroll through the courtly Madrid of the Austrians with Philip II and his Renaissance and Baroque buildings in Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de la Villa; we will see the Madrid of the Bourbons and the urban layout of Carlos III, the Royal Palace, the Cibeles Fountain, Neptune Fountain, and the Puerta de Alcalá; we will admire the works of the 19th century such as the elegant Plaza de Oriente and the Prado Museum; we will get to know contemporary Madrid with avenues such as Gran Vía, Paseo de la Castellana, Salamanca District, West Park, University City, commercial and financial areas of Modern Madrid, and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. SAN SEBASTIAN
Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic tour of this French-style and bourgeois city dominated by the Bay and La Concha Beach. We will ascend to Mount Igueldo, from where you can contemplate a magnificent view of the city. Rest of the day free. In the afternoon, possibility of taking an optional visit to the picturesque towns of Biarritz and San Juan de Luz, already in French territory. Accommodation at the hotel.
SAN SEBASTIAN – BILBAO – CASTRO URDIALES – SANTANDER
Breakfast and departure to Bilbao to take a panoramic tour and where we will have free time in front of the Guggenheim Museum to admire this modern architectural work. We will continue towards Castro Urdiales, a typical fishing village where we will have free time. Departure to Santander, a port city nestled between the sea and the mountains and which has numerous beaches, such as El Sardinero, one of the most famous. Free time to walk around this elegant city. .
SANTANDER – SANTILLANA – COVADONGA – OVIEDO
Breakfast. Departure to Santillana, one of the towns with the highest historical and artistic value in Spain, which houses true architectural treasures, such as the Collegiate Church of Santa Juliana, the most important jewel of Romanesque architecture in Cantabria. Continuation to Covadonga, where we will have free time to visit the Sanctuary and the cave with the image of the Virgin. In the afternoon departure to Oviedo, settled on a series of hills at the foot of Mount Naranco and which stands out for the beauty of its streets, many of them pedestrian. Its monuments are World Heritage Sites and among them stands out the Cathedral, one of the most important works of Asturian Gothic. Accommodation at the hotel.
OVIEDO – MONDOÑEDO – LUGO – SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Breakfast and departure towards the Galician region. On the way to Lugo, stop in Mondoñedo; free time to visit its imposing 12th-century cathedral and taste the delicious "Tarta de Mondoñedo". Departure to Lugo and free time to admire the Roman remains it still preserves, such as its walls, declared a World Heritage Site. Continuation to Santiago de Compostela, whose old town is a World Heritage Site, and one of the most important monumental centers in Spain, a center of Christian pilgrimage and the end of the Camino de Santiago, originally built by the Roman Empire. SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Breakfast. Visit to Santiago city touring the Obradoiro Square, and its Cathedral (interior visit) dedicated to the Apostle Saint James the Great. Rest of the day free to continue visiting this university and student city. Accommodation at the hotel.
SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA – RIAS BAJAS – PORTO
Breakfast. Departure to the most picturesque area of the Galician Rías Bajas (Spanish fjords). Through splendid landscapes, we will reach the island of La Toja, universally known for its spa and natural richness. Free time and continuation along the Arosa estuary on the way to Portugal. Arrival in Oporto and accommodation at the hotel.
PORTO
Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic visit of Oporto, considered a World Heritage Site, where we will contemplate the Cathedral, the Stock Exchange building, and the Church of Santa Clara. Then enjoy a different perspective of the city along the Douro River on a Cruise and discover the historical heritage by visiting a well-known Port Wine Cellar with wine tasting included. PORTO – COIMBRA – FATIMA
Breakfast. Departure to Coimbra, city home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and cradle of Fado. Free time. Continuation to Fátima. Center of the Christian Faith and Sanctuary of World Pilgrimage with its impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria where the Virgin Mary appeared. The Chapel of the Apparitions, heart of the sanctuary, with the tombs of the three shepherd children, Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta. In the evening, possibility to attend the candlelight procession. FATIMA - BATALHA - NAZARE - ALCOBAÇA - LISBON
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Monastery of Batalha, a masterpiece of Gothic and Manueline style considered a World Heritage Site. We will continue to the picturesque fishing village of Nazaré. Free time and then continue to Alcobaça with its Gothic church and Cistercian monastery, whose origins date back to the 12th century, and then to Lisbon. Accommodation at the hotel. Optional typical traditional dinner with Fado show (typical Portuguese folklore).
LISBON
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, city tour, formerly known as Olissipo, through its main squares and avenues, Belem Tower, Jerónimos Monastery (exterior), Monument to the Discoveries... LISBON - CACERES - CORDOBA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Caceres, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, architectural blend of Romanesque, Islamic, Gothic, and Renaissance styles. CORDOBA - SEVILLA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the impressive Mosque/Cathedral that will relax our mind and spirit to stroll through the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. Then, after a short journey of about two hours, arrival in Seville. Accommodation at the hotel.

SEVILLA - GRANADA
Breakfast at the hotel and departure eastward along the Caliphate route through the heart of Andalusia, observing an endless number of olive trees. Arrival in Granada and its incredible and astonishing monumental setting, the last bastion of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada until 1492. GRANADA - VALENCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, departure to Alicante, the second largest city in the Valencian Community, to reach Valencia, one of the main capitals of the Mediterranean coast with its modern Architectural Complex of Arts and Sciences integrated by six buildings: Hemisfèric, Umbracle, Science Museum, Oceanogràfic, Palau de les Arts, and Ágora.
